No one knows chicken better like Mama Kraft. In addition to being the owner and operator of Reisinger Poultry she is also the keeper of this delicious family recipe.
Here is just one of many reciepes she wanted to share from her family to yours!
Mama Kraft Kabobs
• 1.5 – 2 lbs of Boneless Skinless Tenders
• 2T Olive Oil
• 2T White Wine Vinegar or Champagne vinegar
• 1T Lemon Juice
• 2 Minced garlic cloves / Garlic powder
• 1t Salt
• ¼ t Thyme
• ¼ t Black Pepper
Mix ingredients together and then let marinade for 12-24 hours. Then Skewer with your favorite veggies; like peppers, onions, tomatoes, etc. Grill to perfection and then enjoy
(Cook to 160° internal temp).
This will surely be the winner of the party even if your team isn’t!
